We use Australia Post for all deliveries to ensure reliable and efficient service across Australia and internationally.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1–4 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as delays within the postal network.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly through the Australia Post website.

Incorrect Address

International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
